Lightwire partnered with Launch Studio to rebuild and centralise their entire digital presence across four core divisions: Home, Business, Wholesale Partners, and Infrastructure. The previous ecosystem spanned multiple disconnected sites, each with inconsistent messaging, user journeys, and design approaches. Our goal was to create a unified, modern, and scalable digital experience that clearly communicated Lightwire’s offering while improving lead flow across all verticals.
We conducted full customer journey mapping, persona development, competitive research, UX architecture, and brand integration to design a multi-vertical website tailored to each Lightwire audience, from rural home users to IT managers, MSPs, developers, and enterprise teams. The build included more than 100 page designs, a complete content and messaging overhaul, scalable CMS structures, a full Webflow redevelopment, and an integration-ready backend form system designed to route submissions across NZ and AU. The result is a high-performing, future-proof website engineered for growth and clarity.
